How to place an order.

Checkout is a four-step flow. The Buyer fills in the following required fields: full name (recipient's first + last name), contact phone (mobile number the courier can reach), delivery address (city, street, building, postcode), email (for the electronic receipt and order confirmation). At the final step the Buyer reviews the cart, accepts the Public Offer and proceeds to payment.

After confirming the selected goods, a secured payment page hosted by JSC Bank CenterCredit (BCC) opens. The Buyer enters card details there (PAN, cardholder name, expiry, CVV2/CVC2). 3-D Secure 2.0 is used for additional cardholder authentication: the issuing bank sends a one-time SMS code or asks for confirmation in its mobile app. After a successful charge, the Buyer receives an order-confirmation e-mail.
