Delivery & returns.

Conditions for delivery to the Buyer and for the return of Goods of both proper and improper quality, under the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On consumer rights protection» (№ 274-IV of 04.05.2010).

Coverage

Delivery is available across the entire territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

  • Almaty city: Seller's own courier service.
  • Other regions of Kazakhstan: via SDEK transport company (door-to-door or pick-up point).

Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout once the address is entered.

Lead times

Lead time and shipping cost depend on the chosen region and transport method:

  • Almaty city: shipping cost — 1 200 ₸.
  • Other regions of Kazakhstan: shipping is calculated per the current SDEK tariffs.
  • Orders above 40 000 ₸ ship free (the SDEK tariff portion is covered by the Seller).

Final timing is shown at checkout once the address is provided.

Carriers and pick-up points

Carriers the Seller partners with:

  • Within Almaty — Seller's own courier service (door-to-door delivery).
  • Other regions of Kazakhstan — SDEK transport company (door-to-door or pick-up at SDEK points).

Pick-up point addresses and hours are shown at checkout via the SDEK partner site (cdek.ru).

Handover of the Goods

The Goods are handed over against presentation of an ID document by the recipient or by a person acting under a written authorisation. The Buyer is required to inspect the Goods at the moment of handover for external packaging damage and completeness. Reservations must be recorded at handover; claims of damage not reflected at acceptance are handled on a general basis thereafter.

Title and the risk of accidental loss pass to the Buyer at the moment of handover.

Return of Goods of proper quality

A consumer Buyer is entitled to refuse Goods of proper quality within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of handover under article 30 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On consumer rights protection» (№ 274-IV of 04.05.2010), subject to the following conditions:

  • marketable condition and consumer properties are preserved;
  • the original individual consumer packaging and protective seal are intact;
  • manufacturer labels and seals are preserved;
  • proof of purchase is presented (electronic receipt, order number).

Dietary supplement return restrictions

Under the current list of non-food goods of proper quality not subject to exchange or return, dietary supplements with broken individual (consumer) packaging are not eligible for return.

Return of dietary supplements of proper quality is possible only if the individual packaging is unopened and the protective seal is intact.

Return of Goods of improper quality

If material defects are found in the Goods (packaging integrity broken at handover, expired shelf life, non-conformity with the label, or other defects caused by storage or production failures), the Buyer is entitled to demand, at the Buyer's discretion:

  • replacement with Goods of proper quality;
  • a proportionate price reduction;
  • rescission of the agreement and refund of the paid amount.

Replacement or refund is performed within 14 (fourteen) business days of the Seller receiving the returned Goods and the Buyer's written request.

Return procedure

To file a return, the Buyer sends a free-form request to 0020602@mail.ru stating:

  • order number and placement date;
  • name of the returned Goods;
  • basis for the return (proper quality or description of the detected defect);
  • refund details;
  • contact phone.

Refunds are issued via the same method used for payment (back to the card used at checkout). The fund arrival time on the Buyer's account is up to 10 (ten) business days from confirmation of the return by the Seller, in accordance with the rules of the payment system.

Return costs

For returns of Goods of proper quality, the Buyer bears the cost of return shipping. For returns of Goods of improper quality, the Seller bears the cost of shipping the Goods from the Buyer to the Seller.
