For dispute resolution concerning orders, payment, delivery and product quality, the Buyer files a written complaint to 0020602@mail.ru or by phone at +7 (700) 002-06-02 during customer-support working hours.
Response time: up to 10 (ten) business days from receipt, in accordance with art. 30 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On consumer protection» (RK Law dated 04.05.2010 № 274-IV).

If pre-trial settlement is not possible, the dispute is resolved in the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
